CMC Community Health Foundation Non-Profit Website Design

The purpose of the Clarksville Montgomery County Health Foundation is to, “support charitable, scientific and educational purposes designed to promote the general health of the residents of the City of Clarksville, Tennessee, the County of Montgomery, Tennessee, the 5 contiguous counties of northern Middle Tennessee, and health related initiatives of Fort Campbell, Kentucky.” Basically, they do really awesome stuff to help promote happy, healthy lives in our community & we think that is super rad!
