This company, owned by Alana Ward, has been a Thrive favorite from the very start! We were tasked with ongoing marketing and design needs out of the gate, and then helped strategize and plan a marketing budget that included a full HVAC website redesign when the budget allowed.

This website process began with navigation as the main goal was to simplify the menu for Baggett’s users. We then pivoted to drafting fresh content that improves SEO but keeping all the past ranking the client had established with search engines.

Our design team successfully built custom icon graphics that would represent this client’s brand.

An easy, positive experience was imperative for mobile devices on this web project since the majority of users visited form their mobile phones. Our web team was able to custom code call-to-action buttons and menu dropdowns to improve this mobile visits to top-notch experience!
